Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cajun seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce (mixed greens) - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken breast with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
  5. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and avocado.
  6. Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad.
