  • 200g penne pasta
  • 250g chicken breast, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and diced chicken breast to the skillet, then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
