Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts - 300 grams
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning - 5 grams
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 ml
  • 1 cup heavy cream - 240 ml
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
  • 2 medium zucchinis - 300 grams
  • 1 tablespoon butter - 15 grams
  • 2 cloves garlic - 6 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Start by spiralizing the zucchinis to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
