- 2 Chicken breasts - 300 grams
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning - 5 grams
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 ml
- 1 cup heavy cream - 240 ml
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
- 2 medium zucchinis - 300 grams
- 1 tablespoon butter - 15 grams
- 2 cloves garlic - 6 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Start by spiralizing the zucchinis to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
