- Cajun seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns (kosher) - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato slices - 1 medium
- Pickles - 4 slices

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and form each portion into a patty, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until the desired doneness is reached.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan or on a grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, followed by lettuce, the cooked patty, tomato slices, pickles, and a drizzle of ketchup. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
