  • Brown rice - 100 grams, uncooked

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, carrot, and celery, and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
