  • 2 tablespoons olive oil - 30 ml
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 5 grams
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika - 5 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onions and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to soften.
