Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and chopped cabbage to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is softened.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Combine the cooked noodles and cabbage mixture, then pour the cream cheese mixture over it, stirring gently to combine.
