- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash, then steam or boil it until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the butternut squash and transfer it to a bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mash until smooth to create the sauce.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the butternut squash sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
