- Bulgur wheat - 100 grams

- Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Rinse the bulgur wheat under cold water, then combine it with 250 ml of water in a pot.
- Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 12-15 minutes, or until the bulgur is tender and the water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled bulgur wheat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
