  • chicken wings - 500 grams

  • buffalo sauce - 100 milliliters
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • celery sticks - 100 grams
  • blue cheese dressing - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the buffalo sauce until well combined.
  6. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
