Ingredients

  • Celery - 1/2 cup, diced
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Ranch seasoning (Paleo-friendly) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large, for serving

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
