Ingredients

  • Ground Buffalo Meat - 400 grams
  • Almond Flour - 50 grams
  • Eggs - 1 large
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, grated
  • Celery - 1 stalk, finely chopped
  • Buffalo Hot Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground buffalo meat, almond flour, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped celery, buffalo hot sauce, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the meatloaf for added moisture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve warm, drizzled with additional buffalo hot sauce if desired.
