- Ground Buffalo Meat - 400 grams
- Almond Flour - 50 grams
- Eggs - 1 large
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Carrot - 1 medium, grated
- Celery - 1 stalk, finely chopped
- Buffalo Hot Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground buffalo meat, almond flour, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped celery, buffalo hot sauce, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the meatloaf for added moisture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm, drizzled with additional buffalo hot sauce if desired.
