Ingredients

  • Ground buffalo meat - 300 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hot sauce (Paleo-friendly) - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground buffalo meat, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the hot sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.
