- Ground buffalo meat - 300 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Hot sauce (Paleo-friendly) - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground buffalo meat, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the hot sauce and stir to combine.
