Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 300 grams
  • Buffalo sauce - 100 ml
  • Whole wheat tortillas - 2 large
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Greek yogurt (as a healthier alternative to ranch dressing) - 50 grams
  • Shredded low-fat cheese - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the buffalo chicken mixture, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. While the chicken is heating, prepare the tortilla wraps by laying out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
