- Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Greek yogurt (as a healthier alternative to ranch dressing) - 50 grams
- Shredded low-fat cheese - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
