  • Chicken broth - 500 ml
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Heavy cream - 60 ml
  • Celery, diced - 50 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 50 grams

Steps

  1. In a medium pot, combine the chicken broth, buffalo sauce, and shredded chicken. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced celery, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it cook for about 10 minutes, until the celery is tender.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until the cream cheese is fully melted and the soup is creamy.
