  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/4 medium
  • Green bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Celery, chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the pizza dough as a base.
  6. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken over the yogurt layer.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  8. Add the sliced red onion, green bell pepper, and chopped celery on top of the cheese.
