Ingredients

  • Frozen French fries - 400 grams
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 200 grams
  • Buffalo sauce - 100 ml
  • Ranch dressing - 50 ml
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Green onions, sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  3. While the fries are baking, in a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly.
  4. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and top them with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
