- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Cooked brown rice - 150 grams
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the cooked brown rice and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.

- Top the casserole with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
