  • Buffalo sauce - 120 ml
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Cooked brown rice - 150 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cooked brown rice and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (approximately 20x20 cm).
  5. Top the casserole with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
