- Buffalo sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon

- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2 large
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
- Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons (for dressing)
- Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 2 equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the whole wheat buns by toasting them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
