Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
  • Buffalo sauce - 100 ml
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and mix in the buffalo cream cheese mixture until well coated.
  5. Transfer the chicken mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped green onions.
