Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 300 grams

  • Buffalo sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
  • Black beans - 1/2 cup
  • Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
