  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Ranch dressing (optional) - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then cut it into florets.
  3. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the cauliflower evenly.
