- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Buffalo sauce - 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Vegan ranch dressing - 4 tablespoons
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
