  • Buffalo sauce - 60 milliliters
  • Celery sticks - 100 grams
  • Blue cheese dressing - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, tossing until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer it to a clean bowl.
