- Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Romaine lettuce - 4 large leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2 small, thinly sliced
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Hot sauce - to taste
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the buffalo ground meat, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
