- Cream cheese - 60 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Buffalo sauce - 1/4 cup
- Blue cheese - 75 grams, crumbled
- Cooked chicken breast - 150 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, press the dough into a pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
