  • almond flour - 100 grams
  • unsweetened cocoa powder - 30 grams
  • granulated sugar - 80 grams
  • brown sugar - 30 grams
  • eggs - 1 large
  • unsalted butter - 50 grams, melted
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • chocolate chips - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
