- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the brown rice penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 10-12 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
