  • ground turkey - 300 grams
  • ground pork - 100 grams
  • fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • sage - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, ground pork, parsley, sage, thyme, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a link, about 3 inches long.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add the sausage links to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
