- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Avocado - 1 medium, diced
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Hot sauce - to taste (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper until well combined.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the whisked eggs and scramble them until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
