- Bell Pepper (diced) - 1 medium
- Green Onion (sliced) - 2 stalks
- Avocado (diced) - 1 small
- Cheddar Cheese (shredded) - 50 grams
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salsa - 60 ml
Steps
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
