Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 400 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Sugar-free ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and fry them sunny-side up, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set.
  5. During the last minute of cooking the burgers, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
