- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon

- Eggs - 2 large
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Sugar-free ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
