  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
