  • Almond milk - 100 ml
  • Coconut oil, melted - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
