  • Ricotta cheese - 150 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Milk - 100 milliliters
  • Butter - 15 grams, melted
  • Powdered sugar - for dusting
  • Fresh berries - for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Grease a baking dish with melted butter and layer 2 crepes on the bottom.
