- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Sour cream - 60 grams
- Cabbage, finely shredded - 1 cup
- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Avocado, sliced - 1 medium
- Lettuce leaves (for wraps) - 4 large leaves
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning blend.
- Rub the seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the fish fillets.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
