Steps
- Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a towel.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mixed berries, honey (or agave syrup), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour the berry mixture into a shallow dish and spread it evenly.
- Place the dish in the freezer for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
- Once the sorbet is firm but still scoopable, remove from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
