Ingredients

  • Fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 300 grams
  • Honey or agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt - 1/8 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a towel.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the mixed berries, honey (or agave syrup), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into a shallow dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Place the dish in the freezer for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
  6. Once the sorbet is firm but still scoopable, remove from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Scoop the sorbet into bowls and enjoy!
