- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the beef sirloin into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
