  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 6 large leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) - 50 grams
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
