Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 200 grams, sliced thinly
  • Gluten-free pasta - 150 grams
  • Mushrooms - 150 grams, sliced
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Gluten-free beef broth - 240 ml
  • Sour cream - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Increase the heat to medium-high, add the sliced beef, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the gluten-free beef broth, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Lower the heat and mix in the sour cream until well combined. Remove from heat.
  8. In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta and beef mixture, mixing well.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
