- Beef sirloin - 200 grams, sliced thinly
- Gluten-free pasta - 150 grams
- Mushrooms - 150 grams, sliced
- Onion - 1 small, diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Gluten-free beef broth - 240 ml
- Sour cream - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
- Increase the heat to medium-high, add the sliced beef, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the gluten-free beef broth, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and mix in the sour cream until well combined. Remove from heat.
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta and beef mixture, mixing well.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
