- sour cream - 100 grams

- butter - 1 tablespoon
- egg noodles - 150 grams

Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are tender, around 5 minutes.
