  • beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • mushrooms - 150 grams, sliced

  • garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • beef broth - 200 ml
  • sour cream - 100 grams
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • egg noodles - 150 grams
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are tender, around 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
  8. Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
