- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Slider buns - 2
- Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
- Pickles - 4 slices
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into small patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns in a separate pan or toaster.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each beef patty on a bun, topping with pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Close the buns and serve immediately.
