Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Slider buns - 2
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into small patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
  4. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
  5. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns in a separate pan or toaster.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing each beef patty on a bun, topping with pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Close the buns and serve immediately.
