  • Tahini sauce - 4 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine sliced beef, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground turmeric, ground black pepper, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
