- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make the garlic sauce. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While the beef cooks, prepare the vegetables: dice the tomato and cucumber, slice the red onion, and chop the parsley.
