  • Pita bread - 2 pieces
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Tahini - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make the garlic sauce. Set aside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the beef cooks, prepare the vegetables: dice the tomato and cucumber, slice the red onion, and chop the parsley.
  6. Warm the pita bread in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
