- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
