  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon (optional for heat)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Mix the ingredients well with your hands until fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, oval patty around a skewer.
  4. Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat and brush the skewers lightly with olive oil.
