- onion (finely grated) - 1 medium
- fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

- cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- paprika - 1 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- skewers (soaked in water if wooden) - 4
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
