  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, and bread crumbs.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the kofta balls to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd it. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove the kofta balls from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
