Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, cut into thick rounds
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between the beef and vegetables.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
