- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- Zucchini - 1 medium, cut into thick rounds
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between the beef and vegetables.
