Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • Red onion - 1 medium, cut into wedges
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. After marinating, preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
