- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- Red onion - 1 medium, cut into wedges
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
