- Cooked brown rice - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese (shredded) - 100 grams

- Salsa - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Onion (chopped) - 1 small
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

- Fresh cilantro (chopped) - for garnish
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
